The annual National Recreation and Parks Association convention of parks professionals from around the U.S. will feature a Keynote Address by Tony Hawk. The Tony Hawk Foundation, in association with Skaters For Public Skateparks and the International Association Of Skateboard Companies, will also conduct a skatepark-development seminar at the NRPA Congress on November 2.
